A teenage boy has been sentenced in Falu District Court for multiple counts of assault on officials, threats against officials and violent resistance. The incident occurred outside Burger King in Avesta on National Day evening.
A police patrol was alerted at 22:30 on National Day to the area at Dalahästen. The intoxicated teenager was located outside Burger King when the intervention took place.
The sentence covers several crimes against police during the messy intervention. Falu District Court has now ruled on the case.
The event occurred in Avesta on Sweden's National Day, June 6.
