Instalan placa conmemorativa a Enrique Lihn en Providencia

Una iniciativa ciudadana instaló este jueves una placa en memoria del poeta chileno Enrique Lihn en su antigua casa de General Salvo 87, Providencia. El lugar, hoy una imprenta, se convirtió temporalmente en museo para recrear su época más productiva entre fines de los 70 y 1983.

El vecino Jorge Rosemary impulsó el proyecto hace cinco meses al contactar al dueño de la imprenta y luego a Andrea Lihn, hija del poeta, a través del escritor Pedro Lastra. La familia y vecinos gestionaron todo de forma autónoma, sin apoyo de la Municipalidad de Providencia, inspirados en placas similares en casas de figuras como Salvador Allende y Nemesio Antúnez. La jornada del 26 de marzo comenzó a las 13:00 con la apertura del espacio, que incluyó ploteos en paredes, la máquina de escribir de Lihn, su biblioteca y libros de la época. Hubo almuerzo con porotada chilena, música en vivo, poemas y performances, culminando a las 20:00 con la instalación de la placa. Andrea Lihn recordó: “Fue una época muy activa, porque hizo un montón de cosas aparte de su poesía. Prácticamente tocó todas las áreas artísticas”. Destacó performances con Alejandro Jodorowsky y Jorge Edwards, dibujos, obras de teatro y videos en esa casa tranquila. “Tengo muy buenos recuerdos de reuniones con amigos”, agregó. La hija lamentó la falta de mayor reconocimiento oficial para el legado de su padre, pese a proyectos como una exposición en París.
