Pedro Rossi, economista brasileño del Fondo Global para una Nueva Economía, propuso diversificación industrial verde para soberanía, evitando el “colonialismo verde”. Advirtió que la redistribución de ingresos requiere transformaciones productivas, fortaleciendo compras públicas en sectores como la salud.

Fadhel Kaboub, economista tunecino-estadounidense de Denison, criticó al FMI, Banco Mundial y OMC por perpetuar al Sur Global como proveedor de materias primas. Propuso bloques regionales para economías de escala y transferencias tecnológicas justas. Los panelistas enfatizaron una “economía para la vida” centrada en equidad y sostenibilidad.
