Ninguno de los productos contaba con las etiquetas de advertencia obligatorias o las marcas de identificación exigidas por la Ordenanza de Seguridad de Juguetes y Productos Infantiles. Un portavoz del departamento señaló que los padres deben dejar inmediatamente de permitir que los niños jueguen con estos artículos y que los comerciantes deben retirarlos de los estantes.
