Milei defiende ante Harari la personalidad jurídica para empresas de IA

El presidente Javier Milei respondió al historiador Yuval Noah Harari defendiendo su propuesta de reconocer sociedades operadas por inteligencia artificial.

Milei emitió un comunicado en inglés este jueves a través de la Oficina del Presidente. En el texto rechazó las advertencias de Harari sobre los riesgos de otorgar personalidad jurídica a agentes autónomos de IA.

El mandatario sostuvo que esa figura legal ya existe en el derecho comercial y permite que las organizaciones respondan por daños. “Los temores de Harari son, en mi opinión, un argumento a favor de la personalidad jurídica, no en contra”, afirmó.

Milei aclaró que una empresa autónoma bajo este marco estaría sometida al Estado de derecho igual que cualquier corporación. La iniciativa es impulsada por el ministro Federico Sturzenegger.
