Sega presenta una estatua de Sonic con ADN en una Esmeralda del Caos

Sega ha creado una estatua de Sonic the Hedgehog a tamaño real que contiene el ADN del personaje dentro de una Esmeralda del Caos. El proyecto conmemora el 35.º aniversario de la franquicia.

Sega reveló la estatua como parte de las celebraciones de aniversario. Fue desarrollada en colaboración con Transeeds, un colectivo científico compuesto por artistas, ingenieros y científicos.

El ADN se presenta a través de un sistema de contención que recuerda al ámbar de Jurassic Park. Transeeds creó anteriormente una recreación no funcional del virus-T de Resident Evil.

La estatua será exhibida en la Sega Store de Tokio el 23 de junio. Sega describió el ADN incluyendo términos como Sonic BIOS y Emerald Vision.
