Tres colombianos enviados a prisión preventiva por secuestro en San Miguel

Un joven chileno de 19 años fue secuestrado en la comuna de San Miguel el lunes por la noche y rescatado tras más de ocho horas en cautiverio. Tres ciudadanos colombianos fueron enviados a prisión preventiva el martes, mientras un venezolano recibió medidas cautelares más leves.

Las cámaras de seguridad captaron el momento en que el joven fue abordado por la fuerza en la calle Brigadier de la Cruz alrededor de las 21:00 del lunes. Fue trasladado a una vivienda en Lo Prado, donde sus captores contactaron a su familia para exigir dinero.

Carabineros del OS-9 rescataron a la víctima cerca de las 5:20 del martes en Almirante Barroso con Agustinas, en el centro de Santiago. En el domicilio de Lo Prado se encontraron droga y un arma de fuego. Los cuatro detenidos incluían tres colombianos y un venezolano.

El fiscal Jorge Martínez señaló que la víctima no conocía a sus captores y que una de las mujeres colombianas fue la más agresiva, instigando a dispararle. El tribunal decretó prisión preventiva para los tres colombianos y arraigo con firma para el venezolano, fijando 90 días para la investigación.
