Athena Calderone a lancé sa première ligne de mobilier, Assembler I, à la galerie The Future Perfect à New York. Cette collection de 14 pièces s'inspire de son expérience lors de la conception d'un appartement à Tribeca et intègre des influences de l'Art déco français tout en misant sur une fonctionnalité moderne.

La collection met à l'honneur le bois brillant, la laque, le parchemin et des touches de nickel sur une sélection de tables, chaises, paravents et lampes. Athena Calderone a trouvé le parchemin végétal lors d'un voyage à Kyoto, qui avait également inspiré sa précédente gamme de papiers peints. Parmi les pièces figurent la table d'appoint Courbe aux lignes sinueuses et une chaise de salle à manger recouverte de brocart Prelle.
