À Null Object, galerie située dans le quartier new-yorkais de Dimes Square et fondée par Nikki Mirsaeid et Alex Gvojic, Whalen a disposé des pièces de son récent défilé autour d'une scène centrale composée d'une baignoire. Un mannequin fait de patchwork de chutes de tissu est installé dans la baignoire, un bras posé sur le sol et une jambe détachée dépassant vers l'extérieur. Trois ensembles suspendus par du fil de pêche se tiennent à proximité comme des silhouettes observatrices.
