La CGT entame une bataille judiciaire contre la réforme du travail

La Confédération générale du travail (CGT) a déposé une injonction judiciaire contre la réforme du travail promulguée vendredi par le pouvoir exécutif, numérotée 27.802. Le recours, attribué au juge Enrique Lavié Pico, vise à déclarer nuls les articles transférant les compétences en matière de travail à la ville de Buenos Aires. La confédération syndicale prévoit une autre action devant la justice du travail.

La réforme du travail, qui modifie radicalement la relation entre le capital et le travail, a été promulguée ce vendredi par le pouvoir exécutif et porte le numéro 27.802. Cette loi était l’étape attendue par la CGT pour lancer son offensive judiciaire, qui a commencé par une injonction devant le Tribunal contencioso-administratif fédéral.
