La DMRC s'associe à Airtel pour lancer des cartes de mobilité NCMC en boucle ouverte

La Delhi Metro Rail Corporation a lancé des cartes de mobilité nationale commune (NCMC) en boucle ouverte co-marquées, en partenariat avec Airtel Payments Bank.

Les nouvelles cartes NCMC RuPay « On-The-Go » visent à remplacer les anciennes cartes à puce en boucle fermée introduites par la DMRC en 2020. Ces cartes en boucle ouverte permettent d'effectuer des paiements sur plusieurs systèmes de transport, notamment les métros et les bus à l'échelle nationale. Le directeur général de la DMRC, Vikas Kumar, a déclaré que les cartes de débit et PPI-MTS permettront aux usagers d'utiliser une seule carte pour leurs déplacements dans différentes villes. Les anciennes cartes à puce restent valides mais ne sont plus commercialisées. Les cartes seront disponibles dans toutes les stations de la DMRC d'ici les 10 prochains jours. Les usagers pourront également les recharger numériquement via l'application DMRC ou l'application Airtel.
