La session plénière du DPR indonésien a approuvé que le Majelis Kehormatan Mahkamah Konstitusi (MKMK) n'a pas l'autorité pour traiter les rapports sur la candidature d'Adies Kadir en tant que juge à la Cour constitutionnelle. Cette décision découle des conclusions de la Komisi III, tandis que le président du MKMK a refusé de divulguer le contenu du rapport pour préserver l'indépendance. Le rapport a été déposé par 21 universitaires et praticiens du droit alléguant des violations éthiques.
