Halo Infinite reçoit un mode JcE surprise : Gauntlet

Halo Infinite a bénéficié d'un nouveau mode JcE intitulé Firefight: Gauntlet grâce à une mise à jour surprise. Cet ajout intervient six mois après la dernière mise à jour de contenu prévue pour le jeu en novembre 2025. Les développeurs ont intégré ce mode malgré des déclarations antérieures indiquant que le support actif avait pris fin.

La mise à jour introduit des affrontements basés sur des manches à travers cinq cartes. Les joueurs doivent collecter des fournitures dans une zone centrale avant d'affronter des vagues d'ennemis et de boss. Des attributs améliorables et une difficulté ajustée automatiquement permettent aux équipes de Spartans de progresser à travers les défis.
