Dans le cadre du pré-accord, Rojas Serrano a accepté une peine de 60 mois d'emprisonnement, une amende de 72 salaires minimums et une interdiction de conduire de 70 mois.

L'accident a eu lieu le 3 novembre 2024 à Neiva lorsque Rojas Serrano a percuté les frères García Sastoque avec une Ford Mustang. Juan Carlos García Sastoque est décédé et César Augusto a subi des blessures permanentes.
