Nissan annonce un ERE pour 211 travailleurs en Catalogne

Nissan a informé les syndicats de son intention d'appliquer un ERE (plan de licenciement collectif) à 211 employés de ses centres catalans, soit 37 pour cent d'un effectif total de 596 personnes. La mesure concerne trois sites dans la région de Barcelone.

Le constructeur japonais a détaillé la procédure aujourd'hui lors d'une réunion avec les représentants de SIGEN-USOC, CCOO et UGT au cabinet d'avocats Garrigues. L'ERE impactera le centre de pièces détachées d'El Prat de Llobregat avec 110 départs, le centre technique de la Zona Franca avec 86 et le centre des zones fonctionnelles d'El Prat avec 15.

Les syndicats ont refusé l'ouverture de la période de consultation en raison de vices de forme et ont annoncé des actions et des mobilisations dans les prochains jours pour exprimer leur rejet. Les deux parties se réuniront à nouveau jeudi au Département du Travail de la Generalitat.

Cette décision s'inscrit dans le cadre du plan mondial Re:Nissan, annoncé en mai 2025, qui prévoit la suppression de 20 000 emplois dans le monde et la réduction du nombre d'usines de 17 à 10 d'ici 2027. La semaine dernière, l'entreprise a annoncé une réduction de 900 postes en Europe.
