Seskab Teddy dan Menkomdigi bahas implementasi PP Tunas

Sekretaris Kabinet Teddy Indra Wijaya bertemu Menteri Komunikasi dan Digital Meutya Hafid pada Jumat malam untuk membahas implementasi Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 17 Tahun 2025 tentang PP Tunas, yang berlaku mulai 28 Maret 2026. Regulasi ini membatasi akses anak di bawah 16 tahun ke platform digital berisiko tinggi. Pemerintah menegaskan tidak ada kompromi bagi platform yang tidak patuh.

Jakarta (ANTARA) - Sekretaris Kabinet (Seskab) Teddy Indra Wijaya menerima kunjungan Menteri Komunikasi dan Digital (Menkomdigi) Meutya Hafid di kantor Sekretariat Kabinet, Jakarta, pada Jumat (27/3) malam. Pertemuan membahas implementasi Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 17 Tahun 2025 tentang Tata Kelola Penyelenggaraan Sistem Elektronik dalam Pelindungan Anak (PP Tunas), yang efektif mulai 28 Maret 2026.

Menkomdigi melaporkan bahwa sejumlah platform digital mulai menunjukkan kepatuhan. Hingga 27 Maret pukul 21.30 WIB, X dan Bigo Live memiliki kepatuhan penuh, sementara TikTok dan Roblox bersikap kooperatif sebagian. Facebook, Threads, Instagram, dan YouTube masih belum memenuhi ketentuan.

"Pemerintah menginstruksikan semua platform digital yang berbisnis di Indonesia untuk segera menyelaraskan produk, fitur, dan layanan sesuai dengan peraturan yang berlaku," tegas Meutya Hafid di Kantor Kementerian Komdigi, Jakarta Pusat.

Regulasi ini memberlakukan batas usia minimum 16 tahun untuk anak mengakses platform berisiko tinggi. Meutya menekankan perlindungan data dan privasi anak di ruang digital, dengan prinsip universalitas dan nondiskriminatif. "Anak-anak di Asia sama berharganya dengan anak-anak di Eropa," katanya.

Pemerintah menyiapkan sanksi melalui Peraturan Menteri Komdigi Nomor 9 Tahun 2026, termasuk surat teguran, penghentian akses sementara, hingga pemutusan permanen.
