Kementerian UMKM siapkan sertifikasi halal gratis bagi 500 ribu pelaku usaha

Kementerian Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah menyiapkan program sertifikasi halal gratis untuk sekitar 500 ribu pelaku UMKM guna memenuhi kewajiban pada Oktober 2026.

Menteri UMKM Maman Abdurrahman menyampaikan hal tersebut saat membuka Pesta Wirausaha Nasional 2026 di Jakarta pada Sabtu. Program ini disiapkan bersama Badan Penyelenggara Jaminan Produk Halal untuk memperluas akses sertifikasi.

Maman menekankan bahwa sertifikasi halal penting untuk membangun kepercayaan konsumen dan membuka peluang pasar lebih luas. Kementerian juga memperkuat program lain seperti akses legalitas usaha, pembiayaan, dan pelatihan.

Pemerintah menargetkan rasio kewirausahaan nasional sebesar 3,20 persen pada 2026. Untuk mendukungnya, Kementerian mengembangkan aplikasi Sapa UMKM yang menjangkau 57 juta pelaku usaha serta menggandeng 754 lembaga inkubator bisnis.
