Red Bull sostiene ulteriori passi verso l'indipendenza dei team di F1

L'amministratore delegato della McLaren Zak Brown ha ribadito le preoccupazioni sulle alleanze tra le scuderie in Formula 1, provocando una risposta favorevole da parte del team principal della Red Bull Laurent Mekies.

Brown ha inviato una lettera alla FIA e al suo presidente Mohammed Ben Sulayem evidenziando le criticità legate alle strutture di doppia proprietà, incluso il controllo da parte di Red Bull Austria sia di Red Bull Racing che di Racing Bulls. Ha richiesto una governance più solida e tutele sportive per mantenere l'integrità del campionato tra i costruttori indipendenti.
