Banco Master, prima noto come Máxima, ha effettuato rimesse per US$531 milioni, equivalenti a R$2,8 miliardi, a One World Services (OWS), un'azienda indagata per riciclaggio per il PCC e Hezbollah. Le operazioni si sono svolte da dicembre 2018 ad aprile 2021, con segni di irregolarità documentali. La banca ha raggiunto un accordo con la Banca Centrale, chiudendo l'indagine amministrativa senza ammettere colpe.
