Folha e il Centro Studi Finanziari della FGV hanno lanciato mercoledì (17) la seconda edizione dell’indagine sulla diversità nelle aziende brasiliane, esaminando l’inclusione per genere, razza ed età nelle società quotate in borsa. Lo studio mostra miglioramenti sottili nella partecipazione femminile e di neri, pardos e indigeni, ma avverte di disuguaglianze persistenti nei vertici dirigenziali e pratiche di diversity washing. Basato sui dati CVM del 2024, il rapporto evidenzia 20 aziende leader in DEI e nota omissioni di dati da parte di 85 società.
