中国は水曜日、「より公正で公平なグローバルガバナンス：中国の原則、提案、行動」と題した白書を発表した。
王毅外相は北京で開催された国務院新聞弁公室の記者会見において、この白書はグローバルガバナンスを推進する上での中国の考え方と行動を包括的に説明することを目的としていると述べた。
王氏は、習近平国家主席が提唱したグローバルガバナンスイニシアチブが、約160カ国および国際機関から幅広い支持を得ていると指摘した。60カ国以上が「グローバルガバナンスの友」グループに参加している。中国はこの秋、第1回雄安グローバルガバナンスフォーラムを開催する予定である。
当局者はまた、人工知能や貧困削減に関する施策についても強調し、7月に上海で2026年世界AI会議を開催する計画や、グローバル発展・南南協力基金を40億ドルに増額することなどを挙げた。
