Gracielo Bar offers author cocktails in historic Providencia house

Gracielo Bar has opened in a three-story historic house at Cirujano Guzmán 194 in Providencia that once belonged to former President Carlos Ibáñez del Campo.

The venue features various spaces including the Salón Azul and Salón Primavera, plus terraces on the first floor and rooftop. Offerings include author cocktails such as the Diva Pop and mocktails, alongside dishes ranging from gyozas to smoked pork ribs.

Bar chief Alan Jiménez noted that all garnishes are edible. Chef Macarena Díaz said the beef croquettes are braised for five or six hours.

The concept centers on flavor pairing and aims to suit different occasions from dates to after-work gatherings.
