Roh, a Ph.D. from Pohang University of Science and Technology who joined in 1997 and became president in 2018, is credited with MX's strong performance, including 100.3 trillion won ($68.12 billion) in sales from January to September, driven by AI features in the Galaxy S25 series and the Galaxy Fold7's form factor. The reshuffle emphasizes continuity over sweeping changes, with further vice president-level adjustments expected.
