同相は、生成AIの進化によって増大するサイバー脅威に対し、韓国の現在の独自AI水準では対応が不十分であると指摘した。科学技術部はまた、特定の条件下で企業の同意なしに脆弱性検知のための倫理的ハッキングを行う法的根拠を設ける法案の準備も進めている。
