Robe Grill opens Tacos París in Mexico City's Roma Norte

Content creator Roberto Morales, known as Robe Grill, and partner José María Martínez launched Tacos París in the Roma Norte neighborhood.

The venue is located at Oaxaca 42, corner with Sinaloa. It offers tacos with premium cuts such as rib-eye and diezmillo, along with wines, cocktails and coffee. The first Tacos París opened in Guadalajara in December 2024. The Mexico City branch aims to combine northern Mexican cuisine with a more relaxed and contemporary atmosphere. Taco prices range from 130 to 150 pesos. Standout options include the Taco París and the Taco Dirty. Robe Grill, originally from Sonora, has millions of social media followers and is known for his catchphrase “¡Qué chille!”.
