31 parlamentares são nomeados para o comitê de impeachment do caso Phala Phala

O Parlamento anunciou os 31 parlamentares que integrarão o Comitê de Impeachment que investiga o presidente Cyril Ramaphosa sobre o caso Phala Phala. O painel foi estabelecido após uma ordem do Tribunal Constitucional no início de maio.

Entre os parlamentares estão Julius Malema, John Hlophe, Fadiel Adams, Vuyolwethu Zungula e Faith Muthambi. Ramaphosa pretende solicitar uma revisão judicial do relatório da Seção 89. O Parlamento deve primeiro alterar suas regras antes que o comitê possa eleger um presidente e iniciar seus trabalhos.
