Haulmer impulsiona a digitalização de pequenos negócios a partir de Curicó

A fintech chilena Haulmer, sediada em Curicó, alcançou quase 55 mil clientes em quatro anos com sua marca de pagamentos TUU POS. Fundada por San Feng Díaz, a empresa cresce a taxas de três dígitos e projeta atingir 100 mil clientes até o final de 2026, enquanto se expande para o Peru e o México.

San Feng Díaz, de 40 anos e natural de Curicó, fundou a Haulmer em 2017 com Miguel González, Juan Manuel Parraguez e Enrique Álvarez. Filho de pai taiwanês e mãe chilena, Díaz identificou a lacuna tecnológica em pequenos negócios a partir das lojas de sua família. A empresa oferece o TUU, um ponto de venda (POS) que gerencia pagamentos, estoques e caixas, por meio de comissões sobre transações ou uma taxa fixa mensal de 15.000 pesos.

A Haulmer registrou um crescimento mensal de 95% a 124% em 2025 no volume e número de transações. No quarto trimestre, adquiriu a startup Apanio e a licença de pré-pagos da Fpay, permitindo que contas digitais completem o ciclo de fundos dos comerciantes. "Começamos com um POS para pagamentos em pequenos negócios, onde estava a maior lacuna", afirmou Díaz.

Em 2026, a empresa lançará contas digitais voltadas para negócios com cartões de débito, além do TUU Gastronomía e TUU Evento, para a venda de ingressos. Com 300 funcionários remotos no Chile e no exterior, Díaz faz a gestão a partir de Pichilemu, desafiando o centralismo de Santiago. A empresa está iniciando operações no Peru e no México, comprometida em empoderar pequenos empreendedores.
