Vendas de imóveis na Espanha caem 11,2% no primeiro trimestre de 2026

As transações de compra de imóveis na Espanha caíram 11,2% em termos anuais, totalizando 163.322 no primeiro trimestre de 2026, de acordo com dados do Ministério da Habitação e Agenda Urbana.

O Ministério da Habitação e Agenda Urbana informou que as transações atingiram o valor mais baixo para este período desde 2024. As moradias livres representaram 159.317 operações, uma queda de 11% em relação ao ano anterior, enquanto as moradias protegidas registraram 4.005, um recuo de 20,4%.

Em comparação com o trimestre anterior, a queda foi de 18,4%. As vendas de imóveis usados caíram 10,9% em termos anuais e as de imóveis novos diminuíram 12,2%.

Em 2025, foram realizadas 752.098 transações, o maior número desde 2007. Os dados do primeiro trimestre de 2026 estão 35% abaixo do pico histórico registrado em 2006.
