Preços de aluguel sobem mais de 30 por cento em Valência, Málaga e Palma ao longo de uma década

Dados do INE revelam um aumento médio de 22,9 por cento nos aluguéis na Espanha de 2015 a 2024, com altas acima de 30 por cento em três capitais de província.

A Comunidade Valenciana lidera a disparada dos preços com um aumento de 29,2 por cento no período. Em sua capital, Valência, os aluguéis subiram 36,4 por cento, o maior índice registrado na Espanha.

Málaga e Palma seguem de perto com altas de 32,7 por cento e 31,3 por cento. Outras sete comunidades autônomas excedem os 20 por cento de crescimento, incluindo as Ilhas Baleares, as Ilhas Canárias e a Catalunha.

Apenas o município de Berja, em Almería, registrou uma queda de 3,12 por cento. O restante do país apresenta aumentos generalizados, embora com intensidades variadas.
