Los alquileres suben más del 30% en Valencia, Málaga y Palma en una década

Los datos del INE revelan un alza media del 22,9% en los alquileres en España desde 2015 hasta 2024, con incrementos superiores al 30% en tres capitales provinciales.

La Comunidad Valenciana lidera el encarecimiento con un 29,2% de subida en el periodo analizado. En su capital, Valencia, los precios han aumentado un 36,4%, la mayor alza registrada en España.

Málaga y Palma siguen de cerca, con incrementos del 32,7% y 31,3% respectivamente. Siete comunidades autónomas más superan el 20% de alza, entre ellas Baleares, Canarias y Cataluña.

Solo el municipio de Berja, en Almería, registró una bajada del 3,12%. El resto del país muestra subidas generalizadas, aunque de distinta intensidad.
