I prezzi degli affitti aumentano di oltre il 30 percento a Valencia, Malaga e Palma nell'ultimo decennio

I dati dell'INE rivelano un aumento medio degli affitti in Spagna del 22,9 percento dal 2015 al 2024, con rincari superiori al 30 percento in tre capoluoghi di provincia.

La Comunità Valenciana guida l'impennata dei prezzi con un incremento del 29,2 percento nel periodo considerato. Nel suo capoluogo, Valencia, gli affitti sono saliti del 36,4 percento, il dato più alto registrato in Spagna.

Malaga e Palma seguono da vicino con aumenti del 32,7 percento e del 31,3 percento. Altre sette comunità autonome superano il 20 percento di crescita, tra cui le Isole Baleari, le Isole Canarie e la Catalogna.

Solo il comune di Berja, ad Almeria, ha registrato un calo del 3,12 percento. Il resto del paese mostra aumenti diffusi, sebbene di diversa intensità.

The International Monetary Fund has cut its growth forecast for Spain's economy by two tenths, to 2.1% in 2026 and 1.8% in 2027, due to the Middle East conflict. Despite rent caps, advertised rents in 14 German cities have risen an average of 43 percent over the past ten years. Berlin saw the highest increase at 69 percent. This comes from the federal government's response to a query by Left Party MP Caren Lay.
