Sindicatos de inquilinos exigem votação sobre regulamentação de aluguel de quartos

A Confederación de Sindicatos de Inquilinas pediu na segunda-feira que o PSOE e o governo realizem uma votação sobre a reforma da Ley de Arrendamientos Urbanos para regulamentar o aluguel de quartos e contratos de temporada.

A confederação denuncia que a iniciativa permanece bloqueada no Congresso há dois anos devido ao PSOE. O presidente Pedro Sánchez prometeu em janeiro limitar os contratos de temporada para acabar com fraudes evidentes. Carme Arcarazo, porta-voz da confederação, afirmou que é essencial aprovar a lei antes do fim da legislatura. A proposta apresentada pelo Sumar, EH Bildu, ERC e pelo Grupo Mixto busca aplicar tetos de preços em áreas tensionadas e converter contratos temporários injustificados em aluguéis padrão. Também proíbe a cobrança de imposto predial dos inquilinos e outras taxas ocultas.
