Transporte terrestre de carga na Colômbia cresceu 11,25% em maio

O Ministério dos Transportes informou um aumento de 11,25% na movimentação de carga terrestre durante o mês de maio, atingindo 14,4 milhões de toneladas.

De acordo com dados oficiais, 2.304 empresas de transporte participaram com 1,13 milhão de veículos. Elas geraram 1,29 milhão de manifestos de carga e realizaram 1,22 milhão de viagens.

O milho liderou a carga sólida com 694.586 toneladas, seguido por bebidas não alcoólicas e produtos diversos. No caso dos líquidos, os óleos de petróleo refinados se destacaram com 243,4 milhões de galões.

Valle del Cauca foi a principal origem com 2,56 milhões de toneladas, enquanto Cundinamarca liderou os destinos com 1,98 milhão de toneladas.

A ministra María Fernanda Rojas afirmou que o crescimento reflete uma logística mais dinâmica e eficiente para o país.
