Liliana Aufiero deixa cargo de CEO da Lupo após décadas

Liliana Aufiero, de 81 anos, deixa a presidência executiva da Lupo. Carlos Alberto Mazzeu assume o cargo a partir de 1º de junho.

Liliana Aufiero, neta do fundador da Lupo, ocupou a presidência da empresa desde 1993. Ela agora assume um novo cargo não executivo de presidente do Grupo Lupo, criado para ela, e continua no conselho de administração.

Carlos Alberto Mazzeu, de 62 anos, vice-presidente e diretor de relações com investidores, será o primeiro CEO de fora da família na história da fabricante de meias e roupas íntimas, fundada em 1921. A mudança foi aprovada pelo conselho na segunda-feira.

Mazzeu afirmou que a sucessão foi planejada com antecedência para garantir continuidade. A Lupo faturou R$ 1,85 bilhão em 2025 e mantém operações no Brasil e no Paraguai.
