Ministério da Fazenda apresenta projeto de lei para aumentar orçamento do ICBF

O ministro da Fazenda, Germán Ávila, apresentou ao Congresso um projeto de lei para acrescentar 500 bilhões de pesos ao orçamento do Instituto Colombiano de Bem-Estar Familiar. A medida visa garantir as operações do órgão durante o segundo semestre de 2026.

Ávila explicou que o orçamento total do ICBF subiria de 10,96 trilhões para 11,46 trilhões de pesos. O investimento aumentaria de 9,68 trilhões para 10,18 trilhões de pesos, enquanto os fundos operacionais permaneceriam em 1,28 trilhão de pesos.

O ministro ressaltou que o adicional tem como foco gastos com programas, em vez de custos operacionais. Os recursos apoiariam o desenvolvimento da primeira infância e iniciativas para jovens e famílias vulneráveis.

Ávila observou que a medida não altera as metas primárias de gastos no Plano Financeiro de 2026. Apresentada como projeto de lei 500 na Câmara e 369 no Senado, a proposta foi vista pela primeira vez no final de abril e busca evitar quedas na qualidade e na cobertura dos serviços no ICBF.
