O Consejo Gremial declarou que a transferência de 5 trilhões de pesos das AFPs para a Colpensiones em seis dias é desnecessária para cobrir as pensões daqueles que migraram por meio da janela de oportunidade.

Natalia Gutiérrez, presidente da associação empresarial, explicou que as pensões dos indivíduos realocados custam aproximadamente 450 bilhões de pesos por ano, enquanto suas contribuições chegam a quase 600 bilhões de pesos anuais. De acordo com Gutiérrez, esses recursos são suficientes e superam até mesmo as obrigações atuais.

A executiva questionou a transferência adicional de fundos observando que o artigo 76 da Lei 2381 exige que sejam reservados para pensões futuras, em vez de uso imediato pelo governo. Ela acrescentou que, em 2026, as receitas do IVA mal cobririam o custo do regime público de pensões.

Gutiérrez revelou que o sistema enfrenta pressão porque são necessários oito contribuintes por pensão mínima, embora existam apenas cinco hoje. O Decreto 415 enfrenta 12 processos judiciais com medidas cautelares, e ela solicitou decisões antes de 14 de maio para proteger a poupança dos colombianos.
