Tribunal de Cundinamarca apoia suspensão de transferências de AFPs para a Colpensiones

O Tribunal Administrativo de Cundinamarca endossou a decisão do Consejo de Estado que suspende a transferência de recursos das administradoras privadas de pensões (AFPs) para a Colpensiones. O presidente Gustavo Petro criticou a suspensão na rede social X, afirmando que a lei exige a devolução das economias dos trabalhadores para o fundo que eles escolherem livremente.

A Colpensiones, presidida por Jaime Dussán, explicou que 129.000 pessoas migraram conforme o artigo 76 da Lei 2381 de 2024. Deste total, 24.020 já são pensionistas e mais de 7.000 preenchem os requisitos de idade e contribuição, porém seus recursos permanecem nas AFPs, prejudicando o pagamento de pensões conforme exigido pelo decreto 1833 de 2016.
