Stella Ndabeni apresenta orçamento de R$ 3,036 bilhões para pequenas empresas

A ministra do Desenvolvimento de Pequenas Empresas, Stella Ndabeni, apresentou na terça-feira um orçamento de R$ 3,036 bilhões para o ano fiscal de 2026/27. A alocação visa apoiar pequenas empresas, cooperativas e lojas spaza em toda a África do Sul.

Ndabeni afirmou que o departamento já desembolsou R$ 79,6 milhões por meio do Fundo para Lojas Spaza para 1.316 proprietários, destinados a estoque, conformidade e operações. O fundo foi lançado em conjunto com o Departamento de Comércio, Indústria e Competição.

Ela anunciou uma nova política de revitalização e desenvolvimento econômico para áreas rurais e municípios, visando ajudar empreendedores locais que enfrentam a concorrência de grandes varejistas e empresas estrangeiras ilegais. O departamento planeja apoiar 50 cooperativas no ano atual.

A ministra também destacou os R$ 8,29 milhões já destinados a 111 pequenas e médias empresas sob o programa TRAP em 2025/26. Ela enfatizou a necessidade de reduzir a burocracia e ampliar o financiamento para negócios em áreas municipais.
