Personal på omvårdnadsförvaltningen i Falun slår larm om oro och bristande tillit till ledningen. Under det gångna året har 20–30 medarbetare lämnat sina tjänster.

Anställda beskriver en arbetsmiljö präglad av osäkerhet och otydlighet. Flera är sjukskrivna och fler planerar att sluta.
