Baraza la mawaziri la Kenya limetoa idhini ya kuanzisha leseni za kuendesha za kizazi cha pili zenye akili kupitia ushirikiano wa umma na sekta binafsi. Mpango huu unalenga kusasisha mfumo wa usafiri wa nchi.

Siku ya Desemba 15, 2025, Baraza la Mawaziri la Kenya liliidhinisha kuanzishwa kwa leseni za kuendesha za kizazi cha pili zenye teknolojia ya akili. Uamuzi huu unalenga kusasisha mfumo wa usafiri wa nchi ili kuboresha uendeshaji wa miundombinu ya usafiri.

Kulingana na taarifa kutoka Baraza la Mawaziri, leseni hizi zitatekelezwa kupitia ushirikiano wa umma na sekta binafsi (PPP). Hii inahusisha kushirikiana kati ya serikali na wafanyikazi wa sekta binafsi ili kuhakikisha utekelezaji mzuri.
