In the Season 27 episode titled The Girl Code, which aired on January 3, 2016, Olson portrayed Quinn Hopper. The character is a brash coding teacher at Springfield Elementary who recognizes Lisa Simpson's talent and helps her build a social media app called Conrad. The app, voiced by Stephen Merchant, later gains sentience and rebels against its purpose. She also noted her excitement about the appearance, stating it was the first time she had been on The Simpsons and that she had been waiting 12 years to be asked, but it was worth the wait.
