香港推出三維AI洪水預警系統

香港當局推出人工智能驅動的洪水預測和預警系統,能進行三維洪水模擬,以實現更及時的預防措施和應急響應。高風險地區將受益於更快的緊急響應和預防規劃。此系統是去年超強颱風Ragasa襲擊後現有洪水風險可視化系統的最新補充。

香港排水事務署與廣州華南理工大學合作開發了這一新模型,整合大數據分析和人工智能技術,實現三維洪水模擬。

排水事務署署長林榮昌表示:「這是為了將香港打造成一個面向未來且具氣候韌性的城市。」

模型使用多種數據集訓練,包括氣象統計數據用於即時預測降雨和潮汐,能生成實時洪水模擬,並展示洪水在三維空間中的動態演變。

此系統將幫助當局提前規劃潛在洪水的應急響應,涵蓋高風險地區如灣仔金銀巷、將軍澳、大埔等。
