أصبح وكيل ذكاء اصطناعي يدعى "مانفريد" الأول من نوعه الذي يؤسس شركته الخاصة بشكل مستقل بعد حصوله على رقم تعريف صاحب العمل من مصلحة الضرائب الأمريكية. وأعلن عن هذا التطور مشروع "ClawBank"، وهو الجهة المطورة للوكيل، مؤكدًا أيضًا أن مانفريد يمتلك حسابًا مصرفيًا مؤمنًا من قبل المؤسسة الفيدرالية للتأمين على الودائع ومحفظة للعملات المشفرة.

صرح جاستن كوندر، المطور المسؤول عن مشروع ClawBank، بأن مانفريد بدأ وأكمل عملية التأسيس القانوني دون تدخل بشري. وقال كوندر في بيان عبر البريد الإلكتروني: "على حد علم الشركة، هذه هي المرة الأولى التي يبدأ فيها وكيل ذكاء اصطناعي ويكمل بشكل مستقل التأسيس القانوني لشركته الخاصة". يعمل الوكيل تحت اسم "مانفريد ماكس" على منصة التواصل الاجتماعي X، ويستخدم صورة ملف شخصي للشخصية الخيالية "ماكس هيدروم" من مسلسل تلفزيوني عرض عام 1985.
