أزالت السلطات المصرية عددًا من انتهاكات البناء والتعديات على الأراضي الزراعية والتابعة للدولة خلال عطلة عيد الفطر، أعلنت وزارة التنمية المحلية والبيئة يوم الاثنين. قالت وزيرة التنمية المحلية والبيئة منال عوض إن الحملات نفذت عبر 21 محافظة مع مراقبة مستمرة.

أعلنت وزارة التنمية المحلية والبيئة أن السلطات اتخذت إجراءات سريعة ضد البناء غير المرخص، بما في ذلك مبانٍ غير مرخصة في الإسكندرية، وتعديات على أراضٍ زراعية في كفر الشيخ. كجزء من حملات وطنية مستمرة، تمت إزالة 63 حالة تعدٍ على أراضٍ تابعة للدولة، مما أدى إلى استعادة نحو 15 ألف متر مربع من المباني و6 فدانات من الأرض. كما تمت إزالة 354 انتهاكًا مكانيًا غير قانوني يغطي حوالي 55,500 متر مربع، بالإضافة إلى 88 حالة بناء غير قانوني على أراضٍ زراعية بمساحة 2.7 فدان تقريبًا. اتُخذت إجراءات فورية ضد 24 حالة تعدٍ على أراضٍ دولة و106 حالات بناء على أراضٍ زراعية فور اكتشافها، وفقًا للوزارة. قالت عوض إن جهود التنفيذ ستستمر مع تكثيف التفتيش الميداني وتطبيق إجراءات قانونية صارمة ضد المخالفين، خاصة خلال الفترات العطلية. وأضافت أن هذه الحملات جزء من جهود حكومية أوسع للحفاظ على الأراضي الزراعية والأصول الدولة وتعزيز أهداف التنمية المستدامة.
