قال أتو شيمليس عبديسا، رئيس اللجنة الدائمة لميزانية الدعم والإيرادات المشتركة في مجلس الاتحاد، إنه كان من الممكن مراقبة التنفيذ السليم لصيغ توزيع الثروة بدقة خلال السنة المالية 2018.

وبالإضافة إلى جعل نظام ميزانية الدعم وتوزيع الإيرادات المشتركة قائماً على دراسات وخطط منظمة، فقد تم تقديم الرقابة والدعم لضمان تقسيم الموارد المحولة إلى الأقاليم وإدارات المدن بطريقة شفافة وعادلة.

وأوضح أتو شيمليس أن هذه الخطوات تساهم بشكل كبير في زيادة الشفافية بشأن الموارد المحولة وتعزيز نظام التحويلات المالية بين الحكومات.
