Tyskland misser EU-deadline for løngennemsigtighed

Tyskland bryder EU-retten fra mandag efter at have undladt at implementere nye regler om løngennemsigtighed. Deadline udløb søndag.

EU-Kommissionen skal nu beslutte, om der skal indledes en traktatbrudssag mod Tyskland. Familieminister Karin Prien oplyser, at der foregår drøftelser med andre EU-partnere om mulige justeringer. EU-direktivet fra 2023 indeholder oplysningsrettigheder og rapporteringsforpligtelser for arbejdsgivere. Det føderale familieministerium planlægger implementering inden begyndelsen af 2027. Visse forpligtelser forventes først at træde i kraft fra 2028. Tyskland har haft sin egen gennemsigtighedslov siden 2017.
