Michelin-stjerner uddelt ved ceremoni i København

Nordiske Michelin-stjerner for 2026 blev uddelt mandag aften under en ceremoni i Tivoli i København. Danske restauranter modtog seks nye stjerner, mens svenske steder beholdt deres eksisterende anerkendelser.

Kadeau Copenhagen modtog sin tredje stjerne efter en stående ovation. Københavnske restauranter Lille Mølle, Akmē og Esse samt Okê i Skagen og Bach & Nurup i Ålborg modtog hver deres første stjerne.

Ingen nye stjerner tilfaldt svenske restauranter. Vyn og Vollmers i Skåne beholdt hver deres to stjerner, og Frantzén i Stockholm forblev Sveriges eneste restaurant med tre stjerner.

Adam Albin i Stockholm blev kåret som årets åbning. Carl Frosterud på Aira modtog serviceprisen, og Andreas Ring Kjeldsholm modtog prisen til årets unge kok.

Michelin-guiden's grønne stjerne blev erstattet af Mindful Voices, som gik til Heidi Bjerkan på Credo i Oslo, der også modtog sin første stjerne.
