Kolly Coffee opens independent café on Eton High Street

A new independent café offering coffee, juices, and local farm products has launched on Eton High Street. The husband-and-wife team behind Kolly Coffee relocated from Ealing in London to open at 125 High Street. The venue emphasizes community alongside quality beverages and regional goods.

Kolly Coffee, founded by Kelly and Olly, began operations on February 26 with its first afternoon of business at 125 High Street in Eton, a town in Berkshire. The couple relocated their independent venture from Ealing in London, bringing a focus on accessible coffee options for daily drinkers as well as rotating selections of guest espresso and filter coffees for enthusiasts.

The café operates from 8am to 4pm Monday through Friday, 8.30am to 4pm on Saturdays, and 9am to 3pm on Sundays. In addition to beverages, it serves fresh juices and features a mini farm shop section stocked with products from local producers. These include bread from Seven Seeded Bakery, milk supplied by Lacey’s, a family-run farm near High Wycombe, and Bucks honey from Parslow Apiaries, produced by Barry.

Kelly and Olly draw from diverse backgrounds: Olly has experience in speciality coffee and long harbored a dream of opening a shop, while Kelly comes from a care profession with a focus on creating welcoming spaces. They emphasize that while great coffee forms the core, the surrounding community is equally vital to the experience. This new addition to Eton High Street aims to foster connections through its offerings and local sourcing.
