A former Vox and Revuelta militant has accused the party's social media director of sexual assault when the complainant was 16. The late 2023 incidents in Madrid, detailed in a December 12 police filing, involve alleged abuse of position for unwanted contact.
The now-adult complainant, 16 at the time, filed the complaint on December 12 at a Madrid police station. Vox community manager J.E.B., also a former Revuelta leader and director of Bipartidimo Stream, allegedly initiated WhatsApp contacts, confirming the youth's age ('tengo dieciséis años') and commenting 'Ah, qué joven,' before probing sexual orientation.
During a meeting at Vox headquarters, the militant reiterated interest in girls his age. At its conclusion, J.E.B. escorted the minor to the Metro and touched him 'with sexual and lustful intent' without consent, per the complaint. Further unwanted WhatsApp messages followed, including from Vox's official account under his control.
The filing followed the complainant's adulthood and recent renewed contact by the accused, who reportedly urged silence amid controversies over leaked audios involving Revuelta and Vox leaders, including complaints about DANA donation irregularities. Sources including ABC and eldiario.es report no contradictions; the case is under police investigation. (Part of ongoing series on these allegations.)
