Aircall has acquired Piper AI, adding revenue intelligence and sales workflow automation to its customer communications platform. The move extends Aircall's tools into follow-up tasks and deal management for sales teams.
Aircall completed the acquisition to combine its existing call, text, and messaging features with Piper AI's capabilities for capturing interactions across multiple channels. These include video meetings, email, WhatsApp, and field activity, which are then organized into CRM updates, deal scoring, and automated workflows. Piper AI supports sales qualification frameworks such as MEDDIC, BANT, and SPICED. Its Spain-based team will join Aircall as part of the deal. Aircall's platform serves more than 23,000 businesses in over 100 countries. Customers of Piper have reported cutting CRM data entry time by more than 50 percent in the first month and improving forecast accuracy by 50 percent. The acquisition positions Aircall to compete in revenue intelligence by linking communications directly with pipeline data.
